Small Groups Member's Covenant

SMALL GROUP MEMBERS COVENANT

Purpose of Group
To build relationships with each other so that we will take care of each
other, help each other grow in Christ and work together to impact others
for Christ.

Our Commitment To Each Other
1. Priority - We will make group meetings a priority in our busy schedules.
2. Confidentiality - Whatever is said in the group will be considered
confidential.
3. Responsibility - We will share responsibilities for hosting the group,
providing refreshments, childcare, etc..
4. Contribution - We will contribute to the group by either sharing or
refraining from sharing as appropriate.
5. Availability - We will be available to help others in our group in times
of need.
6. Service - We will plan to do at least one service or mission project as
a group every 3 to 4 months.
7. Openness - We will keep the group open so that we can add other people
as seems appropriate.
8. Evaluation - The term of our group will initially be one year.  After
that we will evaluate the group and consider no more than one additional
year together before we restructure or multiply the group.


With excitement we agree to all of the above and look forward to the
opportunity to "Spur one another on in love and good deeds."  (Hebrews
10:24)
